Going to start with this:

How much do you love Paris being upstaged by a big, dead tuna?? Only in Japan could this picture ever be conceived of and then taken. Apparently, Paris was in Tokyo (what a great clause!) – she was here to promote a new DoCoMo keitai:the M720iS, based on the Motorola Razr.
For the occasion, as the phone comes in hot pink here, they lit up Tsukiji’s Honganji Temple with pink lights, brought in Paris (the most famous representative of the colour pink) and presented her with a big tuna.
If you’re wondering about the tuna and you’re not familiar with Tokyo, Tsukiji (築地市場, Tsukiji shijō) is “the biggest wholesale fish and seafood market in the world and also one of the largest wholesale food markets of any kind” (thank you, Wikipedia). A lot of tourists visit the market to look at all the “marine products” (that’s my new favourite compound noun – I saw it as a menu translation recently: “Tomato sauce spaghetti with Marine products”).
Here’s the temple in Pink:

It usually looks like this (on the 12 days a year that it’s not raining here…):
